Addition of MAX ceiling fan to keep you cool without running air conditioning. Lots of storage both inside and out. Can't forget the vibrating Lazy boy chairs with the Roku TV for those rainy days. Comes with linens for queen and two bunks, towels, TP and all kitchen supplies. Extra water hose, stands for sewer line, 50 amp power cord with adapters to 30 and 15 amps. Extra extension cord (15 amp).
Cleaning fee includes propane refill.
