Family friendly, this airstream has the option for 2 bunk beds (each rated for a max of 55lbs). Just let us know if you'd like these installed at time of booking. Equipped with: - furnace - air conditioning (30amp hookup required) - stove - fridge - microwave (also a convection oven!) - tv/DVD player - stereo system - full washroom - queen size bed - two bunk beds (Optional, 55lb max each) - convertible dinette - storage cabinet - bike rack (fits 2-3 bikes) Included in the rental: 2 sets of dinner plates/bowls/silverware/cups serving utensils cooking pot with lid cutting board & knife set 2 kitchen towels dish soap hand soap toilet chemical sheets set for front bed sheets for dinette bed (available upon request) 3 pillows with pillowcases 2 rolls of RV toilet paper (or more for longer rentals) 1 roll of paper towels trash bags 2 bath towels 1 bath mat 2 camp chairs Everything you need for hookups is included: fresh water hose, gray/black combo tank hose, 30 amp electric cord, surge protector (installed), levelling blocks, 4 wheel chocks, disposable gloves for emptying the tanks, two full 20 lb propane tanks. What you will need: - A vehicle with a class 3 tow hitch that has a brake controller. (please confirm this in your booking request - along with your experience level towing) - Blankets Important items to note: This is a 100% non-smoking trailer. No cigarettes, no vape, no weed, no scented candles, or incense burning inside of the trailer. Tow Vehicle Rules: Renter’s tow vehicle must have the following *ability to tow 4,500 lbs (go to https://rv.campingworld.com/towguide to enter your vehicle VIN to determine your tow limit) *brake controller (if you don’t have one we can provide a wireless brake controller) *2 inch receiver and 7 pin connection *2 5/8” hitch ball and weight distribution hitch if you do not have it we can provide one for free (we can not allow you to tow without a weight distribution hitch it is unsafe and is required by the manufacturer) *No refunds will be issued if you show up without the proper tow vehicle setup. Pet Policy: We love furry friends! One pet is allowed with the pet fee add on below. However, they are not permitted to be left unattended in the trailer at anytime. This is often when damage happens, and could be dangerous in warm weather for your pet! Failure to comply with the smoking or pet policy will result in a full forfeit of the damage deposit. Tanks: - Should be empty and flushed before return. Though we get this is the most complex (and grossest!) part. So, if you'd like to skip this part, no problem! Just please include the tank dump add on below. If you don't prepay, tanks that do not come back empty and clean will be subject to a $250 fee. Propane: 2 full tanks are included in the cost! No need to bring them back full. We will be sure to give you a good walkthrough of the airstream operations as part of the pickup process. We will also include a custom manual with reminders, in case you forget anything!
