Our 2022 Forest River Vibe 18DB is a travel trailer designed for couples and families, featuring a Murphy Queen size bed, double-size bunkbed, and a full bath with a dinette table that converts to a sleeper. Spacious Tall shower with separate Toilet (Dry bath), Beautiful Kitchen with a stainless steel sink, gas stove, microwave and a Fridge. Individually controlled LED ceiling lights. Key Features: • SLEEPING: Murphy queen bed, double-size bunks (rear), convertible dinette table • INTERIOR: LED lighting throughout. • EXTERIOR: 14 ft. power awning, and large pass-through storage, outdoor shower • COOLING: Ceiling A/C powered when you plug in camping. • BATHROOM: has 3-speed vent ceiling fan. • HEATING: Propane gas • ADDITIONAL FEATURES: USB Plug and CPAP ready nightstands, shirt closet, and a full bath, power slide out to make the dinette area larger and more spacious PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING WHEN RENTING OUR TRAILER: 2 5/16 inch ball is included, but your vehicle must have a 2 inch square receiver (most common) and appropriate brake, tail, signal light plug-in. This trailer has a gas stove (2 burner), microwave, and a spacious gas/electric refrigerator and freezer. An entertainment package, includes AM/FM Bluetooth audio system, interior/exterior speakers. The trailer also includes multiple convenient USB charging ports. PROPANE USAGE: You can bring your own propane tank or use the one on the trailer but you must have it refilled to full or there will be an additional $50 charge. EMPTYING SEPTIC: – Trailer Septic tank (black & grey water) must be disposed properly and flushed out THOROUGHLY before return. Failure to do so will result in a $200.00 charge. CLEANING POLICY: As per all rentals on RVezy, a mandatory cleaning fee is applied to every rental. This goes towards extra cleaning between rentals by the owner, including keeping the exterior of the trailer clean and cleaning of the interior. All renters are required to clean the trailer INSIDE, OUTSIDE (if necessary) and returning it in the same condition it was picked up. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee ($100.00) being charged. PICK UP & DROP OFF POLICY: In order to run this Trailer smoothly and get it cleaned and ready between rentals, the trailer needs to be picked up and dropped off at the agreed time. Please note that there will be a $50 fee for every hour that is late. NO SMOKING: no smoking or drugs permitted inside the trailer. This includes marijuana, tobacco, and vaping. Any smoking in the unit will forfeit your $1500.00 damage deposit. Thank you. NO PETS: No pets allowed. If found that there is evidence of pet(s) in the trailer, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Renters are not allowed to tow the trailer beyond 250 km away in any direction from the pick-up address. Renters are not allowed to take the trailer outside of British Columbia, Canada. We are open to discuss your travel plans and will consider longer distances on a case by case bases with agreed upon extra fees. If your trip plans change for whatever reason we ask that you update us accordingly. We are not interested in renting the trailer for Off-grid travel plans. This trailer comes with a GPS attached. When renting, it is up to the renter to get the trailer back to the same pick up location. Failure to do so, will result in loss of security deposit $1500.00 plus $250.00 retrieval costs. BEDDINGS: Linens, towels, pillows are not included but mattresses come with fitted sheets. KITCHEN SUPPLIES: not included, please bring your own. TOILET: DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN OTHER THAN RV DISSOLVING TOILET PAPER. WHAT IS INCLUDED: lighter for gas stove, trailer wheel chocks, 4-point trailer stabilizer jacks, 9’ x 12’ outdoor mat (please clean mat before returning) PICK UP: 9:00 AM (flexible) DROP OFF : 4:00 PM If late, there will be $50 Additional charge for each hour.
