-unit is about 33’ long from back bumper to tip of hitch (30’ inside unit) -sleeps 7 (queen bed at front, 3 bunk beds in separate room at back of trailer, dinette folds into double bed, couch pulls out into double bed) -this unit is in brand new condition -3 burner stove, oven, microwave, double sink, fridge and freezer -bathroom with porcelain toilet (doesn’t absorb smell), sink, tub and shower -tv and stereo system (radio, cd, auxiliary and bluetooth) with inside and outside speakers -outdoor kitchen with sink, 2 burner stove, additional fridge (on electricity), counter space and storage cabinets -large power awning -multiple bicycle rack at rear -hot water tank runs on propane or dc power -furnace (on propane) and central air conditioning (on electricity) -rental includes one 30 lbs propane tank (two tanks included for rentals of a week or more), full tank of city water, empty grey and black water holding tanks, RV toilet paper, kitchen cooking and eating supplies (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils etc), and one outdoor 6ft folding table -all add-ons have weekly rates as well (unable to put both daily and weekly rates on this site) -we have a 10ft x 10ft fold up gazebo for $10/night, $50/week (great for over top of picnic table) -NO SMOKING, NO PETS -currently (aside from a couple exceptions) we are only accepting requests that require delivery -monthly rental discount does not apply during the months of July and August
