The bunks for children or even adults could squeeze into the 6’ caverns. The table easily transforms into a double for the extra guest(s). Fully functional kitchen and bathroom with all supplies. Air conditioning and heat at a press of a button. Enjoy the exterior with full exterior/interior sound system, outdoor sink and fridge, large awning. Television set included for movie nights. Very easy to use features including the tank facilities. Tons of storage, linens included, lawn chairs, large exterior floor mat, and bbq [must bring own 1 lb propane canisters]. Trailer is outfitted with a solar panel system [inverter available for CPAP, etc]. Propane fire pit available with tank for extra. 4500 watt portable quiet generator available for extra. $110 cleaning fee for refilling propane, sani service, cleaning entire trailer, linens.
