Communication
Our experience with Anthony and Cathryn was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The RV was spotless, well-maintained, and fully set up before we arrived. When it was time to leave, they handled everything with ease. Communication was excellent, every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly. Their guidance at every step made us feel completely comfortable and confident. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!
Our stay was very comfortable and the hosts did a great job. A note of caution regarding the Greystone gas cooktop. The sticker on the glass cover states to open the cover before using. The 1st morning we used it to warm our coffee. We folded back the hinged panel that gave us access to the front burner, lit the front burner at med/low and about 3 minutes later the entire glass cover exploded like a bomb sending safety glass pieces and glass powder throughout the trailer. Thankfully no one was standing directly in front of this appliance at that moment. I am now of the understanding that both glass burner covers must be rolled back even if the rear burner is not being used. This was not a cracked piece of glass, this was a violent explosion. Clearer instructions need to be in place for those guests not familiar with this product. I have been told by the hosts that this glass panel breaking happens more than one would imagine and this panel was just recently replaced for the same reason. So this is obviously a problem. $300 charged to me for a replacement panel, now I know. More can be done to make this not such a recurring issue. Thank you.
