K-Z Spree 289KS - bunkhouse model. Officially sleeps 11, but 9 is better, and 4-6 is downright roomy. 2 bunks with 4 beds. 1 king size bed on a slide out. One double bed that folds out of the couch. 1 more giant bed if the dining nook is converted. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, 13500 AC, heater, inverter, charger, two batteries, bbq included, two 30 lb propane tanks. Linens & pillows optional, dishes and cutlery included. 15’ power awning, 16x10’ ground mat. Prefer to deliver and set-up trailer ourselves, but some exceptions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Not a heavy trailer, but large. 7000 lbs + fully loaded, 31.5’ long. Owned by our teen son as a way for him to contribute to his disability pension and make longer term hospital visits with, so please treat it with respect and report any damage immediately.

The trailer was comfortable and met our needs. The price was right. It’s a bit worn out in places but provided comfortable and clean beds and air conditioning with our generator.
It was a pleasure renting from Shon. The trailer was as described in the ad. Shon met all our requests. Nothing to complain about. Renting from Shon to help with his son’s care expenses made the experience more rewarding.
