Jocelyn was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. She accommodated us by installing a hitch so we could take our bike rack and bikes on our 1 week trip through the kootenays. We had to purchase a new 30amp extension cord and were reimbursed right away. It was fun to travel in the campervan.

The van was comfortable and clean! We had an enjoyable experience. Owner was difficult to get ahold of at times but did eventually respond.
