This unit is well kept, clean, and child friendly. Super easy set up with the power awning, power slide, and power stabilizing jacks.
trailer has a full size Queen mattress up front. Dinette folds down into a double bed. Couch fold down into a double bed and 2 double bunk beds at the rear of the trailer
Willing to deliver directly to the camp site and set up if needed. Take the hassle out of camping and start relaxing with this trailer. Has air conditioning for those hot days (must be hooked up to power for ac to work). Lots of storage for your clothing and essentials.
Extras available for additional cost are a 3500 watt generator that will Run everything in the trailer including the AC.
Also a propane fire pit free of charge. I have a 20 pound propane tank for this! Only charge will be refilling the propane tank
Rental also includes 4 camp chairs
I have decided not to automatically charge a cleaning fee but Normal cleaning and upkeep of the trailer is still required during rental and may be subject to an additional fee if trailer is not returned clean.
Trailer is 100% smoke free. Any smoking will be charge $400
I do work Monday - Thursday 10-5. I am willing to deliver or pick up the RV on these dates it would just have to be after 5pm when I get off work
