A note from the host: I'll deliver and set up the trailer on any reasonable on or off grid site. I typically aim for a 1pm arrival at site and it takes me about 30 min to fully set up. I put the slides out and extend the awning. I test that everything functions and I lay down the outdoor carpet and set up the chairs and BBQ. Everything is ready to move in and start relaxing!

We had a great time camping in this trailer. It was clean, spacious and all set up for us when we arrived!
Iain’s RV was perfect for our first camping trip since having our baby. Everything was clean and ready to go for us when we arrived. Iain had chairs, table, outdoor mat, propane fire pit and generator set up for us already, there was even a lovely welcome basket! Communication was great and fast.
Our stay in the Colorado exceeded our expectations! My family rented the RV for a family reunion and we ended up getting quite a bit of rain so we really enjoyed having such a cozy space to stay dry. The RV was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with everything we could possibly need! There was such an attention to detail with nothing missing. Iain was fantastic with communication and setup. It was overall a wonderful experience and would rent again!
Everything was great! Iain was very kind and helpful. The trailer was clean and stocked, ready for us when we arrived. There was also a welcome basket which was a nice surprise for my boys. Will def book with him and his family again. Highly recommend
