Our trailer is perfect for families with a private queen room (with door) in the front and a triple bunk room in the back. There is also a dinette bed and a pull out sofa bed for larger families. If the septic is not emptied, the fee will be taken from your deposit. For all deliveries using water/waste systems, you will be charged the septic dump fee from your deposit if the septic dump option is not selected. We do not supply propane unless the propane refill option is selected. The trailer uses two 30lb bottle of propane, which runs the indoor / outdoor appliances, water heater and furnace as well as the fridge if you are not hooked up to electricity. If you are dry camping, the A/C, and microwave will not be usable as you need electrical hookup for these. This trailer has one 12 volt battery and is not ideal for longer then a couple nights without electrical hookup.**
