Important Rental Requirements !!!! Black and Grey Water Tanks: Guests are required to fully empty both the black and grey water tanks before driving away from their campsite and before returning the trailer. If the tanks cannot be emptied, this must be discussed and agreed upon with us in advance. A **$500 penalty fee** will be charged if the trailer is returned or transported with the black or grey tanks not emptied, and no prior arrangement has been made. This trailer has been meticulously maintained and is in excellent, like-new condition. It’s clean, comfortable, and ready for your next adventure.
