Cannabis is not to be stored inside the trailer. - Pets are allowed on approval only—must be well-behaved, house-trained, and not left unattended. - All renters need to be present at a walk-through of the trailer, both upon check-in, and check-out. - Renter is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and ensuring the trailer is returned in the same condition as walk-through. - Renter is responsible for bringing their own food, pillows/bedding, towels, and other personal/hygiene items. ** Note: Ensure camping sites are at least 30 feet long when booking. ** RV toilet paper is provided - please do not bring or use regular household toilet paper. 🚐 Tow/Delivery Rules: Self-towing: - All self-towing renters must provide the reservation confirmation from the Park/Campground. - Tow vehicle must have: tow capacity of more than 6500lbs, class 4 hitch with a 2x2 inch receiver tube, 7 pin trailer connector, and a trailer brake controller. - Renters must have previous towing experience of a similar sized trailer. - Renters must tow trailer on paved roads only. There is absolutely no dirt, gravel, or off road towing allowed. - Renter is required to follow the rules of the road including, but not limited to posted speed limits and license requirements. - Renter is responsible for their own vehicle maintenance. - The following are included for self-towing bookings: stabilizer bars, trailer hitch, backup camera. Delivery: - Delivery dates/times must be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. We take pride in keeping our trailer clean, comfortable, and ready for your next adventure! Be sure to check out our additional add-ons to enhance your camping trip. We do ask that you respect our trailer like you would your own, and return it in the same condition as the walk-through.
