Our family has enjoyed using this trailer for few years when our kids were little, but with our kids being older now we decided to share it with other families.
Details:
*28ft with one big slide out.
*Has gas furnace, AC, stove/oven/microwave. *Good size fridge and freezer.
*Two doors one for main entrance and one for bathroom both access from outside.
*TV/DVD player and stereo.
*1 queen bed, two full size bunks, dinette turns into extra bed.
*Three night min. Stay
*equipped with the essentials. Cutlery, plates/bowls, serving plates, cooking utensils, cups/ coffee mugs
*kuerig coffee maker *toaster
Notes before booking:
***propane refill payment is required especially on dry camping sites.
****generator is also recommended on dry camp sites
***Please allow one full day in between rentals!!
***pick up and drop off times will tend to follow campsite set times. If extended time for pick up is needed, only written requests at time of booking and depending on availability will be accepted.
**** thorough cleaning is mandatory, we still clean between trips despite each guest taking care of their own messes
***one sheet (plus mattress protectors) provided for queen bed and bunks, extra bedding as an add on.
