Low kms , very clean and well maintained . *KITCHEN - Stocked with all of the essentials including seasoning salt, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika , chicken bouillon, parsley, oregano, Montreal steak spice. *PANTRY - Hot chocolate, instant coffee&creamer, tea, iced tea, popcorn & more. * FRIDGE - Ketchup, mustard, water bottles, 1 dozen farm fresh eggs ( freezer with full ice trays). KITCHEN - 2 pots & frying pan, cutlery , can opener , bottle opener , peeler, pen, tin foil & plastic wrap, paper towels, dish soap and wash towels, spatulas , large mixing bowl, platter , cups , plates , bowls, cutting board. BATHROOM - shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser (in shower) , feminine supplies, towels , TP, sunscreen , aloe Vera, SPF, bug spray & some other essentials if needed in a pinch. Drive and camp in comfort . Pick up on our farm with parking available for your car if needed! Plug in to 30v and water and you’re all set ! This unit will also run off of batteries however it is a tad more limiting . Basic Linens and kitchen staples included. Please bring your own extra bedding, such as comforters and sheets for the twin size pullouts. Also bring pillows if you need more than the basics as most people will want to have their own. Feel free to reach out to coordinate this. We have banquet tables, camping, chairs, camping, barbecue, as well as fishing supplies, such as belly boat, and fishing rods UPON REQUEST . ** PLEASE NOTE - Gas and propane are full upon pickup of this unit and must be full upon drop off . The interior must be cleaned thoroughly as well prior to drop off . Our goal is to make your trip as comfortable as possible and provide all of the essentials needed so you and your family and friends can comfortably walk into this RV and head out. We are also happy to assist with any other requests and do our best to make it happen and your vacation as comfortable as possible!! **Pickups are 4pm unless otherwise arranged and drop offs are noon unless otherwise coordinated.
