Can drop off and pick up within 100 km to your booked site for a fee of $300. Anything beyond that can be negotiated. It is available for rent for your camping trips! Just bring your own blankets and pillows and you will feel right at home. We've made a ton of memories, now its your turn! Serviced and Unserviced Sites: For maximum amenities including A/C, 110v power for microwave, toaster etc and unlimited water and sewer book a full service campsite. If you decide off grid living is more your style this trailer comes with 2 batteries, which allows longer stays at unserviced sites. Off grid or “boondocking” always requires conservation of utilities and forgoing some of the conveniences so plan accordingly. There are two 20 lb propane tanks, water and sewer hoses, electrical and extension cord and adapters for different types of power service. We provide RV TP, various other niceties, and some basic cleaning supplies. We will onboard water on request for unserviced sites. We recognize many people are new to RVing and RVs may develop unexpected issues. Please call or text us 24/7 if you run into a problem or just need some guidance. When booking please specify: *Destination campground *Serviced or Unserviced Site? *Do you need delivery or do you have an an appropriate truck to tow with? *If you choose DELIVERY you MUST: a) Choose the appropriate delivery distance fee from Langley to your campsite b) Choose the Septic and Propane Convenience Package because we will need to do that, or Propane Refill only if you are using a full service site. *If you will be towing please ensure: a) You have an appropriate tow vehicle setup for this size of trailer b) You refill the propane and provide your receipt on return c) You do your own sewer dump at the campground or the way home. Camping involves the outdoors and dirt. All renters must clean the RV before returning it. The built in cleaning fee covers pre-trip inspection, consumables, and our general efforts to keep the RV clean and is not a maid service. Departure Information: Before trailer departure, we will complete a walk-around and provide operating instructions. Allow 30mins to an hour. If you prefer to tow the trailer, pickup is in Langley, and you will need a valid driver’s license and a vehicle that can tow 5000 lbs GVWR & must have a 7-pin connector with an electric brake controller. We will provide a 2” hitch and sway bars. What you will need: Bring your personal linens, or we can supply them ($40 Linens for 3 beds) Sleeping bags or blankets, pillows, towels, food, and drinks. Some things to know: Rentals are for a three-night minimum; weekly and monthly discounts are available. This is a non-smoking or vaping trailer. Black and Grey tanks must be flushed and cleaned upon return; please let us know if you would like us to provide this service. $80 It is unlikely you will empty the secured propane tanks in four days or shorter, but a refill is $50 each or you must provide a receipt on return.
