Communication
We rented this trailer because it showed that it had a set of twin bunk beds and a set of double bunk beds. I messaged to confirm where these bunk beds were located and were told the bunks were at the back of the trailer confirming yes there were two sets. I never once was told that there was only a double bunk bed, otherwise I would have not continued with the booking reservation. My boys also found the bunk was like sleeping on plywood with a very thin padding. They got no rest and had to go home early.
I also felt that communication could have been a lot better. I asked a couple questions and had to re ask as they weren't being answered and some were still not fully answered.
The trailer was very clean and well equipped for cooking supplies. When the trailer was dropped off it would have been nice to have a full explanation about the inspection process that we needed to fill out online as well as shown properly how the gas stove works and shown that the fridge in fact did work off of the propane, when originally we were told it wouldn't because we had no power. We were out buying ice a couple of times to only realize yes we could have been using the fridge from the start.
We also would like to suggest that the dining table be fixed as it was very wobbly and I almost spilled coffee on my daughters lap because it was swaying if we weren't holding onto it. The camping chair also underneath needs a good cleaning for future guests use too, as we couldn't use it.
Most important please fix your advertising so that it is accurate and shows there is only 1 set of bunks and perhaps maybe a bit better of a mattress so it doesn't feel like one is sleeping on a hard surface.
We definitely will go with another trailer next time.
Good experience. Everything is pretty well maintained in trailer thanks
