Welcome to high class Glamping! This trailer is perfect for couple's looking to get away as well as family and friend outings. It is a beautiful trailer that really makes you feel like you are in a comfortable, luxurious, home away from home! Grand design always sport's such a luxurious, quality trailer layout's that really help's everyone feel extremely cozy and comfortable. Recently, we have outfitted the trailer with 660 Watts of off-grid solar, paired with four 6v Deep Cycle Batteries giving 400+ AH of life! Perfect for boondocking! You will forget your even in a trailer! We have decorated it to make it feel like a home away from home. It has all the amenities you would expect from a high end trailer. The master bedroom has a full size Queen Bed with fresh cozy linens and an extra memory foam topper and memory foam pillows to help provide everyone with a comfortable and cozy sleep. A Happy sleeper is a happy renter! This trailer is outfitted with blackout curtains all around, you may find yourself getting some extra long rest! Two large wardrobes sit on either side of the bed, tons of room for clothing, as well a huge storage compartment right underneath the bed for added storage. Two large windows in the main room / kitchen provide lots of natural light to make the main area feel quiet large. The Bathroom is super roomy and has a fantastic sized counter and sink setup, as well as a gorgeous shower with a Tinted Privacy Screen. There is a big sliding door for Privacy. All windows in the trailer are tinted, and have black out curtains for maximum privacy. Everything is Powered! Power Slide, Power Awning, Power Jack all to make setup quick and breezy. Solar panels for off grid camping, or hook to a Generator and Enjoy 15,000 BTU of ICE cold Air Conditioning! Full City Water Hook ups with Regulator, as well as full sewer hook ups are ready to use. This has a separate Kitchen Sink Area for Cleaning or prepping meals, and Huge Fridge and Freezer. 3 Burners on the stove, a microwave, and oven are all ready for cooking your favorite camping meals. There is a Nice 32" Smart TV right beside the kitchen and can be angled to your liking to use while cooking, and or eating at the dining room! The couch is super comfy and perfect to settle down and watch some TV, or can be folded out to a Bed for guests! The Kitchen Table folds down as well into another bed, depending on if you need more sleeping room or not! *Please note, linens for the pull out sofa and kitchen table are not provided* There is an Entertainment system inside with Bluetooth and Aux / USB so you can listen to your Favorite Music, Inside or out! Two 30LB Propane bottles are included with the trailer so you never have to worry about running out of propane. This trailer has a HUGE Exterior Storage compartment for loading all your extra camping chairs and accessories! A valid drivers license is required and a towing vehicle with an electric break controller installed is a must. Would prefer if you have experience towing a trailer of this size! **ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE!!**
