Like new 2023 thor sanctuary AWD capable in all seasons. Built for comfort more than cargo. It has a versatile layout. When the couch is up there is more space and room too sit, when it's time for bed the couch pulls out to make a queen sized bed. Comfortable for 2 people. Many amenities built in including a strong 400 amp-hour lithium battery bank + solar that can power the AC unit on the roof to go along with the propane heater, fridge, microwave, awning ,roof fans etc. Tv works great, Hotspot your data or connect to wifi to watch your streaming services like at home. Cameras at every angle of the van make it easier to maneuver and the AWD is ready for any season. NOT OFFROAD CAPABLE. The grey water tank is a low point on the undercarriage and can be damaged on rough terrain. Toilet and shower room is easy to use with hot water. However the shower is quite small. Not very comfortable to use. I often use the hose attachment at the back of the vehicle when the trunk is open. Handy bike rack that can accommodate 2 bikes. Very comfortable drive.
