Unit features include: * Separate Bedroom with Queen Bed * Two Entry Doors (main area/bedroom) * Sleeps 7 comfortably, sleeps 10 if some guest are children (1 queen bed, fold down couch, 2 double bunks, and dinette that will sleep 2 * Outdoor kitchen * Large Awning with lights * Outdoor shower * Stereo with interior/exterior speakers * Fireplace House trained Pets are welcome Camping equipment included in nightly rate: XL outdoor mat, 4 camping chairs, 4 outdoor roasting sticks. Kitchen needs included in nightly rate: toaster, kettle, microwave, 10 sets of dishes including cutlery, all kitchen utensils, large bowls, pots & pans, cups & mugs cutting boards, dish soap & dish cloths.*NO open fire cooking permitted with KITCHEN DISHES* Washroom needs included in nightly rate: RV toilet paper ( amounts based on nights booked), hand soap & hand towels. Bring your own bedding or: ADD Camping package $150.00: includes: 8 sleeping bags, 10 pillows, sheets for queen bed and pull out couch, 8 bath towels, 4 washcloths, bath mat, propane firepit (includes one standard full propane tank) ***Please note: $50.00 septic tank fee is mandatory for bookings requring pick up/drop off of the trailer.
