The trailer uses two bottles of propane, which runs the indoor / outdoor appliances, water heater and furnace as well as the fridge if you are not hooked up to electricity. An additional bottle can be added for pickup if using blackstone or fire pit addon. If you are dry camping, the A/C, and microwave will not be usable as you need electrical hookup for these. This trailer has one 12 volt battery and is not ideal for longer then a couple nights without electrical hookup.**
