This fully stocked pet-friendly bunkhouse can sleep up to 7. We provide everything you need inside and out to create some lasting family memories on the road. Please do not smoke or vape inside the camper. The camper has a kitchenette stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, entrance mat, and cleaning supplies. The camper comes equipped with a convertible dinette, a queen murphy bed over the pull-out sofa & 2 double bunk beds. Bedding is an available add-on. There is a dry bath with a shower & small tub. There is also an outdoor shower so sand can stay outside. Included for the outdoors are sand toys, 2 portable tables, 2 camp chairs, 2 beach chairs and a ground mat. If you need some extras (ie beach towels etc.) check out our add-ons. For the times when you just want to stick around camp and play games, we have you covered. There are some indoor games in the kitchen cupboard. We also have a lawn game add-on package. . Depending on whether your campsite has hook-ups, you may need to add propane, a generator or have us empty the septic & grey-water tanks. -The fridge and water heater can run on propane or electricity. - The microwave, TV, and air conditioner require electricity to run. -The 2-burner stove top and furnace use propane only. Note that a delivery option is available with prior arrangements. FYI, the top of your 2 5/16” ball hitch must be 22” above the ground to be perfectly aligned. If you don’t have a hitch, you can rent an adjustable one from us. We also provide chocks to secure the camper when parked.
