If it’s not in there YOU DON”T NEED IT !!! -100 gallons of fresh water that can last well over a week. -On board Generator (able to run A/C) -Extended dry camping with 300 WATTS of Solar Power+4 golf cart batteries. -equipped with USB outlets & cables for charging of your mobile devices -Rear electric Queen bunk beds. -3 queen beds + 1 single (dinette) = sleeps 🛏 7 -2 TVs that run on 12v (no noisy generator required) -Coffee pot -Toaster -Waffle maker -Many card games for rainy days (Monopoly Deal, Phase 10, Crib Board, Backgammon, and many more) -Outdoor games include bocce, horseshoes, ladder ball & bean bag toss -Full size BBq included with rotisserie if space permits -10x10 easy-up included -SiriusXM radio is included (reception my be limited due to location/trees) -126"L x 84"W x 72”H or 81”H (lower bunk removed) cargo space is large enough for a smaller side by side or 3 Yamaha 450cc Quads not exceeding 42" wide each -100 ltr refuelling station for your toys & generator -A vehicle capable of pulling 10,000lbs with 2” receiver or reducer to 2” (for trucks equipped with 2 1/2 or 3” receivers) is required & Equipped with an electric trailer brake controller. Weight distribution system & 2 5/16 ball is included Discounts for weekly & monthly rentals Rentals are available for pick up and return on Friday, Saturday or Sunday’s for weekly rentals or in the case of long weekends Monday return Rentals are min 2 days, long weekends 3 days If you require a weekday pickup or delivery please send me a message. I may be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask! WEEKLY Rentals include all Bedding & Linen. (add on not required) Rentals less than a week you may bring your own bedding or select $25 add on to cover all beds required. Depending on availability trailer can be picked or delivery early. Unit to be returned by 1pm or later if unit is not heading back out same day. Return time can be flexible. -Generator use includes 2hrs/day free of charge $5/hr over usage -Propane tanks need not be filled upon returning (included) -Gasoline fuel tank must be returned full (premium fuel only) with exception of delivery/setup/pickup at campsite -For delivery & set-up you must have a reservation and campsite # -$100 min for delivery. I charge $1/km. I only charge for actual Kms. (ie: 80kms X 2 round trip= $160) Delivery is calculated from my home in Pitt Meadows using google maps.
