To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the following before your rental: • Campground name • Campsite number • Name of the person who made the campsite reservation (this must match the campground reservation) • Your expected arrival time Please keep us informed if your arrival time changes. We schedule deliveries around our guests’ arrival times, and delays or incorrect reservation information may affect your delivery. ⸻ 🚙 Tow Vehicle Requirements If you plan to tow the trailer, please ensure your vehicle has: • Sufficient tow rating • Adequate payload capacity • An electric brake controller • A properly rated 2-5/16” ball hitch Don’t have one? We offer a 2-5/16” ball hitch rental—just let us know before your pickup date. ⸻ 🔋 Dry Camping Love camping off the grid? So do we! Our trailer is ready for dry camping. For the best experience, we recommend adding a generator package (or bringing your own suitable power source) so you can enjoy all of the trailer’s features, including the air conditioner, microwave and household outlets. The lights, water pump, refrigerator and USB charging ports operate from the battery system. Battery depletion during dry camping is the responsibility of the renter. ⸻ ⛽ Propane The propane system operates the: • Furnace • Stove • Oven • Portions of the hot water system Please return the propane tanks full unless you have prepaid for propane or made other arrangements with us before your rental. ⸻ 🐶 Pet Friendly Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please ensure your pets: • Stay off beds and furniture • Are not left unattended inside the trailer unless they are safely kenneled and comfortable being left alone • Are cleaned up after • Do not cause excessive hair, odour or damage Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply. ⸻ 📋 Trailer Rules • 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the trailer • 🚽 Use RV-safe toilet paper only • 🌬️ Retract the awning during wind, rain or whenever the trailer is unattended • 🚫 Do not climb onto the roof • 🛠️ Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately • 🔥 Follow all campground rules and fire restrictions ⸻ 🧼 Return Condition Please leave the trailer in the same condition you would like to receive it. Before returning, please ensure: • Grey and black holding tanks have been completely emptied (unless the waste tank dumping service was purchased) • All garbage and recycling have been removed • Countertops, stove, sink, bathroom and shower have been wiped clean • Floors have been swept • Dishes have been washed and put away • All food has been removed • All personal belongings have been removed Additional cleaning or waste disposal charges may apply if the trailer requires cleaning beyond normal use or if the holding tanks have not been emptied. ⸻ ⭐ Why Book With Wander West?
