Our trailer is like new and fully stocked from clean mattress covers, dishes and pots and pans to outdoor needs to keep an entire family dry, warm and comfortable when camping. ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR PILLOWS*** You won’t need to pack anything but your clothing, toothbrushes, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. One of my favourite options to the travel trailer is this impressive large window. It really makes a difference especially if it’s a rain day. We have an impressive dual battery and propane system that makes dry camping a breeze for 4-6 days and a 400 watt inverter to keep your laptops fully charged as well as other low watt devices and appliances. The beds in the back are double bunk beds which have custom made mattress protectors to keep everything clean and fresh. There is a queen size Murphy bed with a brand new super comfy high end memory foam mattress made specifically for trailers. There is tons of room if the weather doesn't cooperate and you're forced inside to play board games provided. We have included a few family games inside and 5 extra large outdoor dice for Yahtzee under the awning. We offer additional items at no cost such as 4 camping chairs, a portable BBQ and a Coleman stove for outside cooking. We also include a small table to use outside the trailer along with an extra large ground mat and tarp to help keep yourselves and feet comfortable. There is an outside refrigerator to store your cold drinks (when hooked up to power) and for easy access. Also an outdoor shower for easy clean ups. If you would like to take our camper on trips greater then 200kms in total we will ask for a small surcharge depending on your where your destination is. ( traveling over 3kms on a gravel or dirt roads are not permitted, and would be subject to a surcharge ) Additional information: *We prefer to rent out our RV for a min of four days, However shorter stays can be negotiated. Pick up time can be negotiated and the drop off time at the end of rental is 11 am. If no one is renting the trailer on the same day of drop off or pick up, we can make adjustments to the times. **Trailer brake control on your vehicle is required. Please select the Roadside assistance and Rvezy insurance as it is also required** **Please, absolutely no smoking in trailer** If you do not pre pay to have us empty the black water tank, there is a charge of $200 if the black and/or grey tanks show anything other than empty. We do not anticipate or expect to have to go empty the septic tank upon arrival unless its planned of course. If you do not pre pay for the propane tanks to be filled after your trip and you come back without a receipt showing you’ve filled them up or exchanged them, there will be a charge of $120.
