Communication
The trailer is as advertised and we enjoyed our trip. It was clean and easy to use. If we had a question Jeff was available quite quickly to respond.
There are some things that need to be said though.
The kitchen was missing key easy things that didn’t make sense: a dish rack, hooks, scissors, a cutting board, cooking oil, any other basics,
In the trailer: the blankets are super thin, the AC needs to be recharged, the hitch had no blocking and my truck was too high. So to get it even hooked up took some wrangling, i didn’t know everyone uses an impact to drop, raise the jacks and level the trailer. The jacks should have footings aka some plywood platforms to sit on.
Some of this is a learning curve and some of this is their set up.
Knowing the difference is key to having an easier and better time with an RV. knowing whats missing and what to bring, to be prepared and set up, would be helpful.
Clean, organized, and had everything needed in trailer for camping.
Jeffrey and Melissa were great communicators and super easy to work with for pick up and drop off. The travel trailer was exactly as pictured and well equipped with everything you’d need, including a sway bar for the hitch.
We really appreciated their patience as we asked about a million questions and would absolutely rent from them again. Thank you!
