They were very responsive to my questions through the app and through text which was great. They delivered it and set it up as well as picked up with no issues. The trailer we rented is getting a bit tired and a few things need to be fixed though. Overall decent experience.

Good communication, unit has what we needed. Didn't use the oven/stove to comment.
