This little unit is ready to go for your camping adventure *Please note what is included with the rental and what are add ons listed below* Our trailer is equipped with an LED lit power awning, Bluetooth speakers inside and out, queen sized bed, two twin bunks and fold down dinette for another twin. Fully equipped kitchen, hot water tank, furnace, fridge with small freezer that operates on battery & shore power, 1x 30lb propane tank, 2 new 12v batteries. Also has air conditioning and microwave but these only works when hooked up to shore power or a generator. We are also pet friendly! *Add-ons* - Please make sure you select appropriately when booking Delivery: Based on distance Linens: Bath and face towels, top sheets, blankets & pillows Sani-dump: required for all deliveries unless the site being delivered to has hookups Propane refill: required for most deliveries depending on time of year Propane fire pit with a full 20lb propane tank: with fire bans being on for a lot of the camping season, it’s nice to still have a fire and propane fire pits are still allowed during a fire ban Generator: level up your stay with on-demand power to run the microwave and AC as well as charge the batteries. Runs on the trailers propane, so no gas tank needed Delivery available most dates, let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. Unless otherwise discussed, delivery drop off/self pick up will be at 3pm and delivery pick up/self drop off will be at 11am Experience towing and a brake controller is required if you are picking up the trailer.
