Water pump system for the sink. The faucet has a five foot hose that allows for outdoor showers, or washing off your gear. 20 gallon water tank
Undermounted propane heater works well in this heavily insulated van. On ski trips with the weather dipping down to -25C, it’s still cozy and comfy inside.
Dual max air fans allows great airflow on hot summer days.
The double bed is 76” by 48.” I’m 6 foot and sleep really well in this space
Cavernous storage areas under the bed mean that you keep your gear safe and secure. It’s also a spot that dogs love.
There is a 6 foot umbrella for the beach that doubles as awning if needed. There’s a a mauling axe, a hatchet and shovel
There is portable cassette toilet located inside the ottoman.

Additional charges and rules
Pick up time is 4pm and drop off time is 11am. This is to allow for time to get the vehicle ready for the next trip. Let me know if you need something different and we should usually be able to work it out.
No dirt/gravel/off road travel. This is not a high clearance vehicle and does not have four wheel drive. GPS monitoring. If you travel dirt roads there is a charge of $10 per kilometre
Fuel: regular unleaded gas. Return it full to avoid the service and fuel charge
Propane: depends on usage
Mileage: 150 km per day, $0.50 for each additional kilometre
Beddings and linens. $50
Septic Fee $100, if cleaning required. The portable toilet cassette can be emptied into a regular toilet at a public washroom. Make sure to leave it clean for the next person.
Most pets are welcome. Please let me know your situation when booking and there is a charge of $150. And please, no pets on the bed.
