Beautiful Spacious RV - We Deliver!

Enjoy all 40 feet of this extremely comfortable house on wheels without the stress of towing something so big down the highway. We will deliver, park, and set up your home away from home so you don’t have to have that dreaded fight with your partner parking it yourself. Enjoy all the wonderful sights that Vancouver Island has to offer. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size memory foam mattress. The rear space (garage) includes a queen size bunk bed system. Which can be raised up and out of the way should you want to store your toys or perhaps set up the dining table to accommodate seating for six. The rear door can be dropped down and set up as a deck/patio so you can experience the stunning views. The rv is fully self sufficient with a full size fridge, gas range/oven and microwave. Obviously it performs best with 50A power so you can run all your amenities at once but will work just fine on 30A power as well if you are cognizant of turning off the AC when using the microwave or other heavy power consuming appliances. If you choose to camp off grid, no problem. The RV is equipped with two 2000Watt generators that will easily power all your appliances. This RV comfortably sleeps 6 people in the equipped beds and 7 if you include the full size couch. Also included is a full set up for the beach including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and toys for the kids. Amenities are as fallows: - Private Queen master bedroom - Stocked with bedding - Full Bathroom with shower - Stocked with toiletries - Queen size bunk bed - Full Dining Area - Garage for toy storage - Gas Furnace - Gas/Electric hot water heater - Huge fresh, grey, and black water tanks - Electric heater/fire place - Air Conditioning - Gas/Electric Fridge - Gas range/oven - Microwave - Stocked Kichen - TV, DVD, Roku, CD Sterio - Electric Awning - BBQ Gill - 3 Propane Tanks - 2 Generators - Rear Deck - Copious Storage There is “No Smoking” allowed in the RV. After your trip, we hope the RV is in the same condition as it was when delivered and we know you will respect our RV like it is your own home. And if you have any other unique requests, don’t hesitate to ask. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis and require additional pet deposit and cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking. Additional Notes: - We deliver and set up - Under 50km is free - Between 50-100km is $50.00 - Over 100km is $2.00/Km - We deliver with full fresh water tank - We take care of dumping the grey and black water tanks - An extra 300 gallon tank and transfer pump can be provided for fresh water at no charge, if you are camping off grid - Please notify us of how you would like the garage configured before your stay - Three full propane tanks will be provided and we ask that you fill them before we pick up the RV. If you are unable to fill the tanks for any reason let us know and we can settle up at time of pick up. - You are welcome to use the generators. The generators will be filled with fuel when we drop off the RV and we ask that you return them full of fresh fuel. If you can’t fill them for any reason we ask that you let us know and we can settle up at time of pick up. Please do not remove the generators from the RV. - Solar is available but it will only work if you are in an open un-treed location. It is quite involved to set up so it makes no sense to use unless you are staying for a long time. If you want to use solar there will be a $50.00 set up and take down fee incurred. - We ask that you keep the RV doors and storage compartments locked when you are not with the RV. If any theft occurs you will be responsible for replacing stolen items.
