2002 Dutchmen Scamper
the Scamper is a hybred camping traler. This means its only 20 ft to tow but 30ft once parked and sleeping tents are extended. Sleeping tents are at both end one a queen bed and the other a double . The middle has a single bed that also folds into dinning room table . Kitchen has oven, 4 burner gas cook tops and microwave oven when plugged into electric outlet. Double sink lots of counter and cupboard space. Cookware , plates, cups ,cutlery supplied. Bathroom has toilet, sink and separate bath. Heater controlled by a thermostat and fans for hotter days . As well as hot water heater and outdoor shower. The Scamper is a sturdy but older vintage trailer. Your vehicle must be able to tow 5000lbs , so generally a larger truck with a 7 pin circular tow hitch to plug in .

- Ashley P.Jul 2022The trailer wasn’t fancy but it worked really well for us :) We didn’t use the bathroom, stove or sink personally but as far as sleeping quarters go it did the trick. Rob was great with the communication side of things, it was easy to tow and set up/take down. Our only concern was around the cleanliness when we picked it up. The previous people had not emptied the sani tank as they were supposed to which left us having to do it with Rob’s help and also wondering how well it had been cleaned before we were using it so we bought some cleaning supplies and gave it a good wipe down beforehand.
