RV will be fueled and ready to go. RV must be returned with a full tank of Gas or there will be a $100 refueling fee on top of the fuel cost - A Truck/RV GPS or map (not included) is advisable to avoid low bridges, tunnels, or other ways where hazardous vehicles cannot transit. INDOOR KITCHEN: Comes with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, knives, plates, bowls, scrub brush, broom, and mop. - Bedding/towels are provided. - Delivery fee is one way only. For round trip multiply delivery by 2 (it will be included in the quotation) - Early/late check-in must be agreed upon upfront. - Late return: there is a 1 hour grace period. After the grace period payment of 1 extra night will incur. -Returning an RV with a “normal” amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered with dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, etc. there will be an extra fee. - Don't hesitate to ask all questions you might have before we can confirm the reservation.
