The host was very responsive and helpful with communication. Unfortunatly the Toy Hauler was dipcted very differently in the photos offered than what we got. The awning was ripped off the front of the trailer. Kitchen sink leaked (obvious repair that didn't work) the tv in the bedroom was ripped off the wall and stored in a cupboard, and it has obviously seen better days as far as wear and tear and was not clean to my standards. In the hosts defense, it seems that toy haulers get banged up with the garage option, but this needs to be described in the listing. Over all the trailer was functional at best.
