Communication
The Fort was our mobile home for around 1 month across CA and OR. We really liked it an especially the children. Jenelle was very supportive and helped us at any stage. Additionally the fort is very well equipped even for longer journeys. Thank you Jenelle!
Jenelle was a fabulous host and her van was great! Highly recommend for family road trips.
My family took our first RV trip in Jenelle's RV. She was proactively communicative, spent 45 answering every question we could think of, and demonstrated how to handle common situations. We had a few things pop up on the trip - and she answered every question quickly and completely. She seemed to genuinely care that we had a great time... And we did. Our plans changed due to weather/traffic and we were going to be late. Jenelle was understanding and patient. We have absolutely no complaints - in fact, our experience was so wonderful, we're likely to buy our own RV. People along the way stopped us to ask about the van - we showed them the inside and they scanned the code to rent it. It handled HWY 1 between Leggett and Ft. Bragg so well the folks behind us screamed they scanned the QR code to rent it whenwere allowed them to pass. Just do it - you'll be glad you did.
