Entegra Coach Odyssey Class C

Our amazing 29' Entegra has a window above the over the cab bunk that lets you sleep under the stars! It is very spacious on the inside even with the one slide out retracted. It is on a Ford chassis with a V-10 engine with very comfortable bucket seats in the cab. If you are dry camping, RV has a gas generator to run the microwave, outlets, tvs, A/C and furnace. Generator is fueled by the gas tank and will shut off once the tank reaches 1/4 tank. There is a 42" interior tv facing the sofa with closet storage space behind the tv. Blu Ray player is connected. There is a small tv for the bed in the back of the RV. The slide out does not need to be out to lay on the bed. There is a third tv on the outside of the rv for outdoor entertainment. In the back on the passenger side of the RV, there is an outdoor 2-burner kitchen connects to the main propane tank. The small fridge for the outdoor kitchen only works when hooked up. The fridge inside the cabin works on propane and electric. The microwave is also a convection oven. Shower is very spacious. Our RV has auto leveling jacks. What's included: • Linen, blankets and pillows for up to 6 people. • Towels for up to 6 people • 3 rolls of toilet paper • 4 folding chairs • Outdoor floor mat • Electrical, sewer, and water connections • 15' extension cord • Dishes and Utensils • Pots and pans Rules of the Road: • No pets or animals of any kind. Our family has pet allergies. A $1000 deep clean fee will be applied to the rental. • No smoking of any kind inside the RV or in close proximity of outside of the RV. A $1500 deep clean fee will be applied to the rental. • No festivals of any kind. This includes No Burning Man. • Please do not climb on top of the RV as damage may occur. Any damage done will be repaired at the expense of the renter. • Please respect the pick up and drop off time. I have to go to work and need appropriate time to check out and check in the RV. Late fees will be incurred and deducted from the deposit at a rate of $50 per 30 min and minimum of $50. • Failure to empty and clean the black and grey tanks will result in a flat $150 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Failure to refill the gas tank will result in a flat $250 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Failure to refill the propane tank will result in a flat $75 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Renter gets 100 miles for each night of rental. Any total mileage above that is 50 cents/mile. • Any damage to the awning will be at the expense of the renter up to the cost of replacement. • Please complete a walk around the RV to ensure it is prepped for travel, this includes looking underneath to ensure the leveling jacks have retracted. If you do not have any RV experience, please do not request to rent our RV. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
