Beautiful, like new, cozy and spacious. Very clean and ready to enjoy! **We deliver our RV to your campsite (full hook-ups). We do the setup and tear down so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Includes the comforts from home. Full kitchen and bathroom. AC and heating. Queen size bed with the privacy of a separate room and closet space. 2 full size bunks, dinette table and couch convert into beds. Our RV comes loaded with great amenities; Kitchen comes stocked with cookware (3 pans & 2 pots with lids) & baking dish. Dinnerware for 6, plenty of cups & 4 coffee mugs. Cooking utensils, tongs & knives. Can opener, bottle opener, lighter, cutting board and a toaster. Some paper plates, paper towels and plastic utensils included. Coffee maker. Hand & dish soap, dish towels & trash bags. Pillows, linen & blankets for main bed. Throw pillows and a blanket for each bunk bed. RV toilet paper, washcloths and 4 bath towels are provided (all for indoor use only). *You’ll need to bring your own beach/pool towels and bathroom amenities. Exterior kitchen has a 2-burner stove, electric skillet, refrigerator and an ice maker. Plenty of storage space. TV and a sound system that can be played both in and/or outside of the RV. Outdoor hose, awning and outdoor lighting. Extras; 2 camping chairs, Family board games, picnic table plastic coverings. *** Campground should have 30amp full hookups for your maximum comfort. We do NOT provide a generator. Please be sure your campsite is large enough to fit a 30ft RV and slide out. • Please leave RV in the condition you received it. We will take care of the basic cleaning, sanitation and laundry. Full deposit will be non-refundable if there is excessive sand/dirt, dirty dishes, damage to furniture, smoke smell from cigarettes, cigars, etc. NO SMOKING/SMOKERS. NO PETS. (NO rental to Jalama Beach or Pismo Dunes)
