Sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep up to 9. Includes the comforts from home. Full kitchen and bathroom. AC and heating. Queen size bed with the privacy of a separate room and closet space. 2 full size bunks, dinette table and couch convert into beds. Our RV comes loaded with amenities; Kitchen comes stocked with cookware and dinnerware service for 6, baking dish, hand & dish soap, trash bags, paper plates and plastic utensils included. Clean linens and blankets and bath towels are provided (all for indoor use only.) Plenty of storage space. TV and a sound system that can be played both in and/or outside. Exterior kitchen has a 2-burner stove, electric skillet, refrigerator and an ice maker. Outdoor hose, awning and outdoor lighting. Extras; 2 camping chairs, boardgames, picnic table and bench plastic coverings. *** Campground should have 50amp full hookups for your maximum comfort. We do NOT provide a generator. Please be sure your campsite is large enough to fit a 30ft RV and slide out. • Please leave RV in the condition you received it. We will take care of the basic cleaning, sanitation and laundry. Full deposit will be non-refundable if there is excessive sand/dirt, dirty dishes, damage to furniture, smoke smell from cigarettes, cigars, etc.- NO SMOKING/SMOKERS
