Required on return: -grey/black tank emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee will apply if brought back dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee and forfeiture of security deposit if smoke residue found) -no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man) All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes.
