This is a Ford Transit 250 van with a low roof and Penthouse pop-top. We have had fun adventures in this van; now it's your turn.
The cabin has three large batteries, which power the appliances and the power strip - an outlet with standard plugs and USB ports for charging. These house batteries are charged via solar, providing plenty of power to charge phones, laptops, and other electronics for several days.
Custom Shore Power port on the side of the van - when you have access to shore power (i.e., a power outlet at a campsite) you can plug an extension cord directly into the side of the van.
This activates the second power strip in the van and allows you to use outlet (shore) power instead of your battery array. This is great if you want to conserve battery power or if you want to run higher-wattage appliances like a hotpot or coffee maker.

Great starter van! Served us well camping in Oregon on a fun road trip. Van drives easily, parks and sets up even easier! Great for those who love camping not exactly clamping!
While the van met our basic transportation needs, we did encounter a few issues that impacted our overall experience. When we first arrived, the TV was unplugged and the remote didn’t have batteries, which required some troubleshooting. The bed, which was advertised as a king, felt significantly smaller—closer to a twin and a half—so space was tight.
We also noticed some sharp edges throughout the van; one of my friends accidentally ripped her jacket while trying to plug in the TV, and the cord area felt a bit cluttered and potentially unsafe. Additionally, the cooking supplies hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and had an unpleasant odor, and the van itself didn’t appear to have been recently detailed. The handover at pickup also felt a bit rushed, which made it harder to get oriented.
Given the price and preparation required, the overall value fell short of our expectations. With a bit more attention to detail and care, this could be a much more enjoyable experience for future renters.
Gishore always answered quickly and was very friendly. We had a wonderful weekend in his van, all the spaces are comfortable and practical! We will definitely rent this van again!
