Sarayu K.Apr 2025While the van met our basic transportation needs, we did encounter a few issues that impacted our overall experience. When we first arrived, the TV was unplugged and the remote didn’t have batteries, which required some troubleshooting. The bed, which was advertised as a king, felt significantly smaller—closer to a twin and a half—so space was tight. We also noticed some sharp edges throughout the van; one of my friends accidentally ripped her jacket while trying to plug in the TV, and the cord area felt a bit cluttered and potentially unsafe. Additionally, the cooking supplies hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and had an unpleasant odor, and the van itself didn’t appear to have been recently detailed. The handover at pickup also felt a bit rushed, which made it harder to get oriented. Given the price and preparation required, the overall value fell short of our expectations.
