I have a lightweight and family-friendly 2021 Braxton Creek Bushwacker 17BH travel trailer, that is fully stocked and ready for your summer adventures and road trips. Braxton only weighs 2,360 lbs. making it easy to tow by all midsize SUVs and trucks through Colorado’s Rocky Mountains – Braxton pulls beautifully with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. On the interior, Braxton makes excellent use of the space by having an expanded "wet bath" with an integrated shower/toilet enclosure, double burner stove, 3-way fridge, microwave, radio, and a four-person dinette that turns into a queen-sized bed. There are also two bunk beds that are a little bigger than a twin-size bed. Braxton is equipped with a 24-gallon freshwater tank (comes empty), a 17-gallon black water tank, and an 18-gallon grey water tank, which make it great for both off-grid camping and full hook-up camping. - Pick up: Braxton can be pick-up as early as 4:00 PM and as late as 7:00 PM - I am happy to accommodate early pickup, whenever possible, just shoot me a message. - Drop Off: Braxton can be dropped off as early as 2:00 PM and as late as 5:00 PM – Any drop-off after 5:00 PM will result in a $50 fee. - Towing: 2" hitch ball, a hitch can be provided for free upon request. But please make sure you have a brake controller and a 7-pin round connection. Even though Braxton is light, renters will need to have a brake controller in order to operate the trailer brakes. A wireless brake controller and weight distribution hitch with sway control can be provided for a small fee. - Orientation: Please allow for 30-45 minutes for orientation and set up during pick-up. What's Included: The trailer will be set up and stocked with all features of comfort, but please reach out with any special requests, my goal is for you to have the most memorable camping experience in the Colorado mountains: 1. Generator, wireless brake controller, and weight distribution hitch with sway control are available for an additional fee. 2. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, 4 pillows, mattress pad for extra comfort, linens (upon request - select in add-ons section), blankets (upon request - select in add-ons section), Towels (upon request - select in add-ons section), French press, coffee, hot chocolate, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and a kettle. 3. 4 Camping chairs 4. First aid kit 5. Mirror extensions (if needed) – Failure to return the mirrors or not returning them in the same condition they were received will incur a cost of $20. 6. Hitch with a 2" ball, and lock Features: Please note that certain features of the trailer can only be used while hooked into shore power or generator (AC, and Microwave). If you plan on doing dispersed off-grid camping, I recommend having a generator. I offer a high-quality and quiet WEN 3800W portable generator rental for a small fee. The generator would provide enough power to run the AC, microwave, lights, water pump, radio, indoor, and indoor-outdoor speakers...etc. • 54” Dinette to enjoy your meal or play games during rainy days • For peace of mind, a Fire extinguisher, Smoke detector, and Carbon monoxide detector are provided • Toilet • Shower • 2.5 Cu ft 3-way refrigerator • Microwave - Only operable on shore power or generator • A double burner stove is available to whip up a delicious meal - Full propane tank will be included • 20,000 BTU propane heater - Uses battery power to startup • Indoor/outdoor speakers • A/C - only operable on shore power or generator Braxton will be cleaned and disinfected with UVC light to adhere to CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation. Braxton will be ventilated after each use, and all surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. All linens, towels, pillowcases, cookware, dishes, and utensils will be washed and cleaned on high heat settings, to ensure the highest level of disinfecting. If previously rented by a pet owner, the trailer will be cleaned thoroughly to accommodate future renters with pet allergies.
