Blue Spruce 23' Compact Class C

Our 2012 23' Class C Majestic Thor RV (her name is "Blue" ) is outfitted with everything you need to head out! Our RV is based in Western Colorado, some of our favorite places to adventure are right in our backyard or within 90 minutes. Our compact RV is easy to drive and park, but still has plenty of room to enjoy after a day of play! Sleeps 4 comfortably, with 1 Queen and 1 full bed. Our RV has all of the amenities and comforts of home to take on the road. We offer everything we love to use; 4 camping chairs, life-size Jenga, family games, turf grass, lanterns and outdoor table. (bike rack available to rent too!) Inside we have blankets, bedding, towels, cookware & utensils, waffle maker, spices, wine glasses, French Press for coffee, coffee mugs, fresh roasted coffee, local teas, & s’mores kits too! Just bring your favorite meals and clothes and you are all set! Anything we missed that you may want included, just let us know! Our RV can be used with full hook-ups or off the grid; we have a generator and propane for the refrigerator, freezer, shower, toilet, microwave, 3 burner stove top, kitchen & bathroom sinks, heater, fan and AC too A few rules.. No pets No smoking or vaping No festivals Dump fee - please dump the black and grey tanks before RV return. If tanks are not emptied, $150.00 will be deducted from security deposit. Thank you! ***We are open to work with you on your pick up and return times. Communication is important and a text letting us know when you have left your campsite is very appreciated. If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time plus a one hour grace period, the owner may choose to charge a late fee for the reservation.
