2019 Jayco Precept 31UL
This perfectly maintained and immaculate Class A Jayco Precept is super cozy with all of the bells and whistles. All you need is a standard driver's license. The coach is spotless and 100% outfitted for glamping. Three televisions, (incl. an outside entertainment center), residential refrigerator w/ ice maker, navigation, sound system inside and out. It comes with two zero gravity chairs, an outdoor mat, 4 ft. table, and all kitchen supplies. King size bed, queen bunk, and dinette converts to twin-sized bed. Two reclining theater seats. You are welcome to park your car in my driveway while you're on your trip. Linens and towels are provided when you book three or more nights, otherwise, it is a $100 charge. A note from the host: I will deliver to you within 50 miles of Altamonte Springs for a base price of $300. I charge an additional $2 per mile for everything over 50 miles. This does not include gas for the RV or the tow vehicle. The RV will have a full tank of gas and water tank when I deliver to your campsite (if necessary). I will set up and tear down before and after the rental.
