Some of our key features that stand out to us are the Kitchen Island, theatre seats with heat and massage, fireplace, tri-fold sofa, King-size bed. The dual opposing slides will create an open floorplan, and the kitchen island will bring the whole room together. Your crew will find seating space on the tri-fold sofa, and the theatre seats that have a great view of the 50' TV. The Tv can be hidden for extra countertop space and the fireplace is located right underneath. There is plenty of pantry storage. The full bath includes a 30 x 36 shower with a skylight for more standing space and natural light, and the front private bedroom will provide a great night's rest with its king size bed! Secure stance entry step, pass-through storage, and 2 electric awnings with LED lights to highlight the good times at night. Stay connected wherever you go with the HD digital TV antenna with Winegard. Full trunk storage under the king bed and 2 a/c units to cool the RV very fast. This RV comes with electric front and rear stabilizer for easy use, no manual jacks! We provide low leveling and sway control hitch for your safety. If your vehicle is not equipped with a trailer brake controller you can rent ours out as an add on. This RV includes 1 king size bed sheet and comforter, 2 king size pillows, RV safe toilet paper, 4 bath towels, coffee machine, coffee filters (just bring your favorite coffee) pots, pans, forks, knifes, and 2 propane tanks. We also offer a few additonal add ons: 4 outdoor camping chairs, 8x10 outdoor carpet, giant connect 4 game, cornhole, 9,400 watt generator and bluetooth brake control. ** If generator is added to your trip, renter is responsible for gas & gas can Our generator usage fee is $200, if more than 1 week of usage is needed, $100 per week will be applied. **Our delivery/set up fee is $2.75/mile with a minimum of $250 Max- 250 miles I offer delivery that works with my work schedule. I can either deliver before work Monday-Saturdays at 6:30am or after 6:30pm and Sundays anytime! -Pets are welcome but do NOT allow pets on furniture to prevent damages. Any damages will be deducted from security deposit. There is a $75 pet fee***** -NO SMOKING ALLOWED! If there are any signs that smoking was done inside our RV a $200 fee will be deducted from security deposit. -The gray and black tanks must be drained and flushed before returning, If this is not done, there is a cleaning fee of $75 that will be deducted from the security deposit. -Tolls charged on trailer's license plate will be deducted from security deposit. -Awning use is allowed, but we do ask if it gets windy to retract it back in so it does not get damaged.
