However, Jenn took all of that worry away from the moment we booked with her. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. As an added bonus Jenn provides a 30 minute orientation explaining the features of the RV as well as the appliances and hook ups. During our adventure she was available for questions with an excellent response time. The RV was spotless, easy to drive, and utilize.
