Troy 's Nexus RV Bentley Class A

Great RV for the price. Very easy to use.

Upon picking up the RV from Troy, I was please that communication was good, and that he was timely in meeting me one day ahead to go through the RV. My wife and I towed our vehicle 1200 miles using the RV and had no issues with that. The RV drives great and pulled our Jeep with no problem. This RV is very comfortable in terms of space, seating, ventilation, and protection from the elements. The issues: The first thing to stop working was the AC, but wasn't a big deal because it wasn't too hot in the mountains. Little did we know, when the AC stopped it also blew a breaker, or tripped something. Many of the outlets stopped working, stove, microwave, refrigerator, awnings, slide outs, and pretty much anything that required electric. After a long hike, we came back to the RV and the generator also would not come on; not even a tick or a click from it. I called Troy, and he tried to help me trouble shoot, but this did not help. He told me to call a service technician in the morning, so I did, while also informing that he needed it for his vaction. The nearest tech was on another call and ended up being able to come in the afternoon, this was a day wasted on our day to leave. The camp host and I went through the RV several times attempting to troubleshoot the issue. Eventually, in the afternoon, we must have flipped the right switch and the generator came on. At this point I called Troy to let him know that we would be late, but it was back up. In the morning, the generator turned over, but did not start. This was a different issue, but I began the troubleshooting process again. I flipped any switch that made sense, due to the inverter light stating a "Fault". It did not work, so I called Troy, this time he did direct me around the RV and eventually to a reset button that I did previously press, but it worked. At this point he was very upfront in stating that he was late for his vacation, and we felt rushed to get out of there, and we did. Overall, Troy had exceptional communication and did what he could to help us. I did not feel that the RV was working properly due to all of the complications that we had with ALL of the amenities, anytime that we tried to use them. To be completely fair, this was the first time my wife and I have rented an RV, and I was relying on Troy to help troubleshoot if needed, but I'm not sure if this could have been avoided. If I were to do this again, I would turn everything on and leave it running for a while to ensure that there aren't any electrical issues.

Troy was very helpful in telling me how to use the RV in delivering it and setting it up for me and picking it up. It was a very great experience.
