BATHROOM: large shower, toilet, medicine cabinet, towel racks, under counter & under sink storage. KITCHEN: Includes a 3-burner stove, extractor fan, microwave, espresso maker, electrical outlets, and large sink with pull-down sprayer. ADD'L SLEEPING: Bunk over cab (sleeps 2) with a 2” foam topper. OUTDOOR: Retractable awning, outdoor shower, large storage area accessible with 3 doors, built-in table, speakers, outdoor grill that uses external propane or hooks to the RV propane. What's included: - Fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and dishes for 4, sponge, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, outdoor chairs, and grill which hooks to RV propane or an external tank. - RV has onboard propane with an external tank hookup, a refrigerator that runs on electric & gas, generator that uses gasoline from the fuel tank, and 6-gal. hot water heater. RV height: 12 ft., towing of cars or trailers not allowed, and no pets please. - Full tank of gas included - 55 gal. - 1 full propane tank included - 41 lbs. - Delivery and pickup available within 25 miles - Worry free return so you don't have to dump the Gray/Black Tanks - Prorated pickup for early/late returns (must be determined before trip) - RV no longer has business name on the side Rules and reminders: -Gas will be full at pickup and should be returned full to avoid a $200 refueling fee. -Waste tanks (black and gray) will be empty at pickup and should be returned empty. -No smoking allowed. Smoking evidence leads to the full security deposit retained for cleaning. -Absolutely no climbing on the roof. All damages caused by this will be taken out of the deposit and overage will be charged to the renter. -No pets -No parties, tailgating or festivals allowed.
