This home away from home includes two (2) separate (closed-off) bedrooms with three (3) queen-sized beds in total. The primary bedroom can sleep two (2) adults. The bunkroom can sleep four (4) adults or six (6) kids. Featuring 12-foot ceilings, you feel right at home in this spacious camper; no need to duck for the taller folks! Our trailer comes with an outdoor rug and a large electronic awning with LED strip lighting so you can enjoy time outside, even at night. We cannot rent to anyone without a brake controller. You can have one installed at a tire store or dealership. FLEXIBLE RENTAL SCHEDULE AND ORIENTATION: We're easy. We'll work with you to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off time that work for your schedule. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. We'll walk you through every aspect of the trailer to ensure you are comfortable with operating and using the trailer so you can leave stress-free and excited. We leave a binder with all of the trailer operation instructions with each renter in case you need any questions answered during your trip. You can always contact us during your rental if you have additional questions or need help. Policies: • Absolutely no toy hauling. • We ask that you return this camper clean and in the condition you rented. If you return it dirty, we will deduct a $150 excessive cleaning fee from your deposit. • A $75 fee is deducted from your deposit if all of the tanks are not emptied upon return. • Smoking and pets are not allowed in this trailer. We will charge you the market rates for deodorization and cleaning if we detect smoke or pet odor. • We will charge you the replacement value for any damaged or missing items. • No concerts, tailgating, or festivals. • The dining table is not to be used as a bed. • We require a $1500 deposit that is refundable after we inspect the trailer after you return it. Cleaning/Prep fee includes: • Propane tanks refilled • Fresh water tank filled (if needed) • All bedding and linens washed • All dishes clean and sanitized • All interior surfaces and floors cleaned and sanitized • Hot water tank filled and heated • Freezer and Fridge cold and ready • Paper towels and toilet paper restocked We've put a lot of work into making this trailer the perfect home away from home and expect our guests to treat it as their own.
