Extra charge for prepaid propane refill Extra charge for prepaid black/gray tank dump RULES • Pickup and Return time is 3pm unless pre approved. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV – $200 cleaning fee if violated. • Pets allowed (2 Max) ($20 add on per pet). • Empty all trash and personal items before return. • Return RV clean inside and out, or an extra cleaning fee will apply. Return in same condition you received it in. • Treat the RV like it’s your own home – gently and respectfully • Use only RV-safe toilet paper (Provided) • Empty black and gray tanks before return (or pay a dumping fee of $75). • Refill fuel/propane to original levels unless otherwise agreed. • Report any mechanical issues immediately – do not attempt repairs without permission. • Do not climb on the roof. • No attendance at festivals or off-grid events unless pre-approved. • Walk-through inspection required before and after rental. • Late returns charged at $10/hour unless previously arranged. • All laws will be followed at all times.
