This travel trailer is a 25 foot pull behind and will fit into any campground, national or state park, perfect for those looking for a camping experience with a little something extra. Super clean, only a year old, basically brand new! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Inside Amenities: • Murphy bed with memory foam topper (sleeps 2) turns into a sofa with storage underneath • 2 hanging closets in master bed area with hangers • TV • Central vacuum system so all you have to do is sweep debris right into the opening in the floor • Sink, microwave, 2 burner stove, large size fridge with freezer • Dinette table folds down to sleep 1 adult (linens not providing, will need to bring your own) • Kitchen well equipped with place settings for 5, pot, frying pan, strainer, standard cooking utensils, dishtowels, wash rags, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, 2 rolls paper towel (if there are other kitchen needs just let us know, we might be able to provide it) • Plenty of kitchen cabinet and pantry storage • Bunk house with privacy curtains, sleeps 2 adults but could fit 2 smaller children per bunk • All bed linens provided for master bed and 2 bunks, 2 extra blankets, and pillows (if you prefer to bring your own pillows and/or linens let us know in advance and we’ll remove ours for the duration of your stay) • Nice size full bath with full size shower equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, body wash, RV toilet paper, and sanitizing drop ins for the toilet • AC and heat ---------------------------------------------------------- Outside Amenities: • Large size electric awning with led lights • Full propane tank • Black tank hose and hose support • Fresh water hose • Heavy duty surge protector and lock • External electrical cord • Water pressure regulator valve • Outdoor shower hose • Outdoor mat/rug (9X12) • 1 small outside side table • 2 portable bag chairs included in reservation (more can be provided for rent, see additional fees) • Everest 2 burner outside stove and propane for rent (see additional fees) • Dog crate for rent (see additional fees) • Dog fence for rent (see additional fees) NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING VAPPING) INSIDE TRAILER
