A couch that folds out to a bed (sleeps 2) pet could fit on the floor (bring extra mattress) , A/C , Heater , Water heater, outside shower with a privacy shower stall. Roof rack, Awning. A folding table and 2 folding chairs come with the rental. Eating utensils, grilling tongs. Can opener and hotdog grilling sticks are all in the kitchen.
