This Ford Transit Coach Odyssey, sleeps 5-7, features dual HVAC, 3-burner gas stove & oven, convection microwave, 2 TVs one outdoor one indoor, fully-equipped kitchen/bath, indoor/outdoor showers, bluetooth speakers, car-play, and it is engineered with self-leveling jacks, cruise control, automated awing with LED light, and auto back up camera to see behind and around you. Full hook up, hot and cold water, linens, dishes, cookware, picnic gears, outdoor grill, and 5G highspeed mobile Internet are included! Optional add-ons: digital bike, power scooter, weighted 88-key piano w/ pedal, inflatable pedal boat, 2-person kayak, 1-person paddle Boards: $10/night/item. MINIMUM 6 nights bookings only. Pick up RV: 3pm (Arrive at 2pm for an one-hour walk through) Returning RV: 11am Pre-authorized earlier pick up or overtime drop-off is $20/hour. ODYSSEY BEDDINGS Odyssey has 4 beds and can sleep 7 adults. With smaller children under 4 feet, the space can sleep up to 3 children and 5 adults. A queen size bed - medium soft, (sleeps 2 adults), a queen bunk bed - medium firm, (longer than king bed) and sleeps 2 adults, or 3 children sleep vertically. The DINING bedroom twin bed (42”x70”), firm, (6” wider than normal twin bed), and can sleep 2, and A COT, medium firm, that sleeps 1 adult. A. ADDITIONAL FEES A1. Refundable security deposit $1,500.00 NOTE: If there is an accident, your deposit will be used ALL before insurance kicks in. (!) A2. Standard RVezy Rental Insurance You’ll have a chance to upgrade your insurance package after you’ve booked your trip. A3. I-Pass Charges $10 This fee covers initial $10 of Ipass charges A4. One-Time Prep fee $150 For us to get the RV cleaned and stocked/: A4. Winterization Fee $200! During 11/1-4/15 winter months, if you need to use water in a warmer weather above 36 degrees including sinks, shower, toilet and drains, there is a one time $200 Winterization fee. Dry camping during winter months will not incur this fee. There is a 2-gallon tank on kitchen countertop. Water drains in a bucket to be dumped manually. Toilet bags are available for dry camping as well. A5. Extra Guest fee: $20/night/ additional guest starting the 6th guest riding the RV. A twin cot bed, mattress and beddings will be provided. Baby under 2 years old does not count towards guest numbers. POST TRIP FEES Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. A6. Dump Fee (optional) $40 each for Grey and/or Black tank disposal. A7. Excessive Clean Up Fee (optional) $100 Be sure to follow our checkout list to avoid this clean up fee. A8. Generator (optional) 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is charged at $4.00/hour Note: Every hour the generator is running, you are using about $4 of gasoline. A9 100 miles per day included with your rental. (optional) Excess mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile. A10. Propane usage is charged at $20 per quarter tank usage. You can also stop at a truck's stop (Love's Truck Stop) and fill up propane. B. INCLUDED ITEMS: B1. Outdoor Grill Set (FREE. But keep it clean!) There is usually plenty of propane left by previous guest. To refill it, take it to a local store and swap. It is around $20 for 5 gallon tanks and could last a long time. The grill set must be left clean to avoid a $30 grill clean fee. B2. Oversized Watermelon Floater Bike and Floater electric air pump/deflater included. B3. 2-Bike Rack On Back of RV Included. We also have a rack for 4 bikes. B4. Mini washer with spinner It goes in shower. Shower-head water inputs and shower drain outputs water. Use our hangers and shower rod to dry. B5: OTHER ITEMS Cookware, fire-pit s’mores/hotdog cookware, sheets/towels/pillows/blankets, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, G5 Wifi Gateway, two Security Cameras (unplugged unless guest chooses to use them), cleaning tools & supplies, picnic chairs, 1 roll of paper towel and RV Toilet paper, Keurig Coffee machine, hot water boiler, blender, rice/meal cooker/risotto, storage bins for clothes, food, 2 phone power extensions, night solar torches, bug killer light, picnic table covers. C. OPTIONAL FEES: C1. Pet Fee (IF APPLICABLE) $100 per pet (max 2!) C2. Digital Bike: $10/night Can ride without power like a regular bike. C3. Power Scooter: $10/night Comfortable wheels C4. Yamaha weighted 88-key piano w/pedal (optional) $10/night. It stays by the window on the right-side of master bed. Bed drawer and counter still works. C5. Inflatable pedal boat, 2-person kayak, 1-person paddle Boards: $10/night/item. Pumping tools included.
